Edward Lee Killian, Greensburg, formerly of Michigan, son of the late George Killian and Ethel Lee Strickland Killian, was born on Tuesday, September 22, 1936 in Pontiac, Oakland County, Michigan and departed this life on Monday, April 28 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville.
Killian was a self-employed contractor and instructor and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and Berlin Crisis, having served in the United States Air Force. He was also a member of the American Legion Rod Lowe Post #124.
Killian united in marriage to Edith Dorothy Laurell on February 5, 1988, who survives.
Other survivors include four daughters and three sons-in-law, Teresa and Donnie Shively, Greensburg, Tracy and Gerry Stoughton and Tina Marie Mazie, all of Tennessee, and Mike Holder of Missouri; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ed Killian of Georgia and Joe and Tracey Killian of Florida; 14 grandchildren, MacKenzie Rae Shively, Daniel Vincent Shively, Alex Matthew Shively, Melissa Killian, Cassandra Killian, Jessica Killian, Tony Mazie, Christy Mazie, Trevor Allan Stockton, Garrett Lee Stockton, Matthew Holder, Benjamin Holder, Rebekah Holder and Hannah Holder; a brother, Bill Killian of Hawaii; a sister, Carol Martinez of Tennessee; and a host of other relatives and friends.
